I joined this company in 2017 as normal team. Due to consequences I have to resign and take care my dad. After 3 years I back again to same company as team member. I work hard and slowly understand the management vision and the client vision. Hard work paid off.They promoted me to become coordinator

What I like about a leadership team is the freedom of discussing new ideas.
What makes you most happy at work?
When my team do the great job and fulfill their task accordingly. Another happiest thing was, the good morning wish from every colleague from my team. It boost my day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They create an evironment where multi-cultural exposure, international work opportunities, and clear career avenues organization. Also, they create an opportunity for everyone in the organization to apply for new position and do the recognition awards.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont feel undervalued. I just feel we need to make more social activity together to create an impact among us and connected more closely between employees and everyone in the company. It helps us to create a bond.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Best thing about my team, I have created a bond with them to see everyone as a family, to help each other in difficult situation. Even they willing to work after their shift and they know they wont get paid for that. The understanding in my team is another asset for me.
