So far I have developed into my role- although I feel that that growth in the company takes a very long time to get onto the next level of my career.

We get to work from home on certain days, less time in traffic, saving towards travel costs,

Within my department the leadership team shows care and concern for my well being, empowers me with the tools required to perform my role.
What makes you most happy at work?
My Team, I love and enjoy doing what I do. Enjoy customer service and the employees and how i can better another person in the day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No medical aid I cannot afford to pay for medical aid with my current salary. with everything going up there is no increase or market related salary/ benefits. Cost of living is so high and struggle for petrol to get to work.
