The people make this company great we have a lot of work no like work balance a low pay, but we are happy to come to work because we support each other and we have fun at work and it's a stable company.

In other call center they are getting pay more for the same position and they have more benefits for tenure

I don't have bonus or any additional compensation just my Salay and it not a competitive salary in we compare it to other call centers

We are a premium company with average salary and other pay more because of tenure and expirince, Startek has employees with 5 to 14 year tenure earning the same amount of money that someone new in other call centers and same positions
