Higher Pay. Should be aligned with the current pay grade of the position with other BPO companies.

Incentives for tenured employees and have salary appraisal yearly not just give one time bonus. our salary is way lower than current inflation

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We have been working from home for 2 years and suddenly want us to go back to office like it was yesterday the commute cost is high the gas price is high everything went high except our salary and the return to office is jus an added cost for us.
