Good. I'm still at a comfortable level. I mostly love the people that I work with, most notably my HR team who's been most helpful.

I have the team work and collaboration.

Leadership should improve. Walk the talk.

My engagement with my team members. Client calls and meetings.

Better if they can keep with what's in the market.

The HR team is inclusive and caring. They listen to your concerns.

My competence was completely undervalued. I was, instead, viewed as a threat.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They should be trained in leadership to be effective at what they do.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

HR is a great and decent team. I feel the safest with them.

What makes you most happy at work?

Delivery. I feel happy when my team and I deliver #BestInClass performance.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The open door policy, though this only applies to some leaders and the HR team which I greatly appreciate.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I used to be excited to come to work. It is just an obligation nowadays. I wish Startek will educated its leaders.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like and respect the SVP. While his brand of wit and intelligence can be overwhelmingly imposing, he is a gentleman who knows how to be pleasant and respect his employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay is low based off of industry standards. The tasks, on the other hand, are almost punishing and overwhelming. Also, the equipment given to me for use for such demanding tasks is almost antiquated,

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As a manager, I am supporting 2 campuses and so meed to toggle between both. I have heard of the rates from other BPOs and theirs is delivery higher compared to what I am getting, given the amount of responsibilities that I have as training manager. Rest assured, though, that I have not been ranting
