Working at Startek has been and continues to be a learning experience. I have been trusted with different responsibilities and have learned and enjoyed all of them and from my leaders. There has been lots of changes, but being able to embrace the constant changes has been a growth opportunity.

In the past two years work load has increased significantly, but compensations continues to be the same.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The trust they have in me and my team, with the responsibilities that have been assigned. Our concerns, ideas, suggestions, are heard.

I feel trusted and know I can trust many of my coworkers, there is cooperation in my team and with most other teams.

The most positive from our culture is that it really does embrace diversity and inclusion. From the environment the most positive aspect is the empowerment to make decisions and manage the team effectively.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been supporting two other countries and taken ownership over any other project that has been assigned, but my salary remains the same. I don't feel that the support provided to other regions or projects outside my scope are valued.
