
Working at Startek has been and continues to be a learning experience. I have been trusted with different responsibilities and have learned and enjoyed all of them and from my leaders. There has been lots of changes, but being able to embrace the constant changes has been a growth opportunity.

In the past two years work load has increased significantly, but compensations continues to be the same.
