Professional approach towards company is good. But while working with different departments sometimes you need to be more diplomatic while giving a solution. More transparency needed while working within departments.

Team itself is motivation to perform better. My team is performing each task within a given time, though there might be roadblocks at certain stages.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Standardisation needed as per the position across all verticals. But it not seen over here in terms of remuneration or package which is being Offred to the employee. Need a salary structure for each slab or designation.
