Nothing, there is no culture. There is in paper but never implimented

Give people the payment they deserve as they work hard daily to keep the company going.

Salary is way to low for all the work that I put in. I go beyond my line of duty. There is no work culture. There is no fairness, some people just get promoted yet when you work hard and managers can see it but always say you need to apply
