My overall experience is very good in this organisation ...even when I joined as an executive I hardly knew about anything in the computer/files/tracker/tools etc. Now I am almost a champ in all these things I would be more happy if i get good compensation. HR/IT/ADMIN - Bad teams

I have learnt a lot in this company, when I joined the Startek team as an executive I didn't have much knowledge about the working tools and processes. this company gives me everything and I succeeded here but I still think that my chair has never been empty, and I am one the most loyal employees.

I got promoted here and learnt alot in this organisation but I rated 5 because of the time I have invested in this organisation ven being underpaid....compensation is the biggest motivation that we may have in such a expensive environment.... Thanks to the company for everything I got...

As per market value of an manager I feel myself undervalued, I invested in my role and company goals but not getting paid fairly, I would have been happy if my compensation is revised this appraisals

I like the way Nilesh Jajoo Sir works , they are very supportive and just a call / SMS away if I need something from there end ...calm, cool & dedicated person .....other leaders are also good ...they are supportive too...
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued despite spending more than 10 years in the same Organization. in the competitive market they offer a good package comparatively and I feel that old employees add more values to the Org rather than new ones so the compensation should be on higher side for old ones.

I have been working in Startek since last 9 Years , I had joined as an executive and it's been two years since I got promoted as an AM. I have got a lot experience and I am a loyal employee towards my organization. But I feel my compensation is not as expected
