Family tight-knit working environment. Also competitive when working

No acknowledgements are being done. So i do not feel motivated.

Collaboration. Weekly neetings as we are only interacting if there are urgents or issues.

They are very accommodating and at the same time care about you as a person.

They are very friendly and approachable. They are not hesitant of you extending their help.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I know I would learn something new each day that will help my career growth
