My team is awesome as we all work together to help our customer's in every way, couldn't and wouldn't ask for a better team
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can ONLY speak for my direct leadership here in the LOB with Lennox, and my manager Chris Barley, coach Matt Sparks and my 2 supervisor's, they're absolutely AWESOME
What makes you most happy at work?
Being there to assist my team and helping customer's resolve any & all issues, just to know that I helped someone and put a smile on their face, maybe even made their day a little brighter
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We as a team take a lot from angry customer's and are willing & dedicated to go the extra mile to satisfy our customers and to receive less than a $.50 raise was heartbreaking for me as I give it my all and had a decent performance review, it made me feel unappreciated
