During my tenure I have learnt a lot and develop myself. Teams including corporate and global supported / supporting me to be the person who I am today. There are opportunities to learn if we are self-learners. Currently stress level is high and less work life balance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to market rates and the role, I feel I am under paid. Also, no reasonable increment received to match that gap.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Availability of basic infrastructure and tools to perform day to day duties, Availability of professional working environment, defined tasks for each individual which will be monitored properly without micromanagement.
