What are some of the best things about your team?
Team coordination amongst TOQ is very good and understandable. Always working towards achieving the goals and deliver as well month on month. Apart from this all-support functions are also very supportive and always available according to the process needs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company providing the growth path is extremely good. Leadership team is also very strong and understandable. Company is recognizing their employee as per their abilities and achievements. "Impact Player of the Quarter/month" program is very nice which create the motivation amongst the employee.
