See I have started my career as an executive here but getting growth time to time as per my capability.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There should be minimum salary slab for each designation, as there are significant discrepancies in salaries for the same designation as company is providing higher salary of external hire all though internally promoted employees are getting less salary despite of Staunch loyalty with company.
