I believe in ownership. I start may day early morning and jot down the daily activities. I coach my team during the day and I enjoyed this because somewhere it is giving me the good results.
I would suggest that we need to standardize the hike percentage while closing the IJP because we need to check the market standard as well. There is a huge difference between internal promoted and external hired resources.
