As i mentioned previously that the kind of culture and atmosphere we have as BPO industry makes us THE GREAT PLACE TO WORK. Although there are a few challenges but being in between those kind of people makes you understand to make your position at a different level and not to be with negative people
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Startek as a company is good but people working for the company has created their own world as they are the party of the company fron more than 12 to 15 years This should be taken care and they have the thought process that the people who they want will stay and rest should leave
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They should leave the thought as BOSS IS ALWAYS RIGHT
What makes you most happy at work?
Nothing inspires me to go to office because of politics prevails within the company
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to be groomed as a human being. Trapping system prevails more than creating a positive work environment
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Issues can be faced by Managers as well, these are not limited to agent level This needs to be addressed properly Favouritism should be vanished
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The only thing i would like to say that with a knock at the door we can reach at any level inside the organization and they will respond to you
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In the very first year, i got 2 rating and only 2.5% increment took place Next year again 2.5% increment After confirming why low increment, i got the answer that you're package is already high
What do you like best about the leadership team?
From my point of view, in Startek, leadership team is working with the scratch level. They extend their support from anywhere and anytime. If i will compare the kind of environment we have in our organization is best in the industry and this is my firm belief
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Package is fine but if this is compared with today's world, there should be a hike in the package. Although we are being paid fairly by the company but with today's requirement. Need is not being met now with the kind of compensation we are receiving. Structure should be revised for the industry.
What are some of the best things about your team?
This is not about team, it is completely how you deal with your respective team. We have to invest ourselves in the team then only we can get the desired results and we should know their strength and weaknesses personally and professionally. this way they will feel being treated fairly and will work
What makes you most happy at work?
The complete environment from top to bottom inspires you to be in office and work. the confidence that while being in office you will be able to get the solution And last but not the least, the bonding which i have with my team and to work with the team while being at their level gives a boost to me
