Compensation should be at par for employees in each band and along with work assigned. additional work assigned should also be compensated monetarily

compensation is Leeser than others in same band. Profile has increased many folds but compensation has not been changed. compensation to be changed as per designation profile, qualification and experience. compensation to be reviewed as per market starndard every 2 or three years.
