Need to be more concerned on staff's needs and wants. Be flexible and friendly. Fulfil the staff request (at least the basic) Do not pressurize the staff.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The wages provide here seem not fair. For the travellers at least should provide transport allowance. Salary are paid low and no OT provided as well. Did not provide any additional incentive. Compare to the competitors company the wages very low.
