Since I've been getting good OPR scores, there's almost a yearly annual increase.

I love that my team supports each other - always willing to give a hand whenever there's someone struggling.

It's the supportive culture - if you do something wrong, the team will be there to help you out.

I'm satisfied with my basic pay - thankful that I'm able to achieve high scores on a yearly basis, thus getting an increase every OPR period.
