through my years working here this is the first time i was told something unacceptable reason or excuses. i think dictatorship is spread in here. if you not do it on your willingness they will do something you will be sorry

environment with people. they so polite and understanding but not on my upline

increment should be good as inflation goes increases by years. open more vacancy for seniority that contribute more to company. the salary increment ot and etc should be competitive as this is international company
