I started at Startek over 10 years ago. I have enjoyed working here. Starting out on the phone as an engagement specialist, working my way up to a coordinator position and then a TA Specialist. Some days are more challenging than others, but I wouldn't change a thing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work as a team. As we have challenges come up, we work together to attack them as a team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like my PTO. I do not like the cost of the insurance out of my pocket but insurance his high everywhere for everyone.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the fact we are a team that acts like a family. We care about each other, and we try to make everyone successful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication! We are updated on what is happening and when things are going to happen. Makes us feel like we are all part of the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to speak with people. I get to ask about their previous experience and tell them about mine. I get to tell them about Startek and the amazing company I work for.
