Market Related salaries must be offered to staff at all levels we lost especially agents because of salaries.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is active improvement to build stronger communication between leadership and staff. Townhall is beneficial and improving communication and how information is shared. Only concern is due to the industry we are in not all staff are able to participate in townhall sessions.
