This journey started 7+ years ago, as an "in between jobs" kind of situation. The culture & leadership team really captured me; now, almost a decade later, being able to lead that group of people that made me fall in love with the company has become a great honor

I would say eligibility to increase pay with annual performance and how our payrate compares to similar positions in the market

being able to unravel issues that impact my site, which normally involves dealing and motivating a group of amazing individuals that will resolve any challenge that they encounter

the way everyone is valued in the company. It doesn't matter what position you hold or where you come from, you feel part of the success of the company

how people is valued, we are striving for financial and performance targets. But the people comes first in our culture and we work daily to keep this a reality
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company has amazing benefits and a work culture we've all worked hard to build, but in terms of salary, we're measured well below the market, which is discouraging.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say that on top of being fully aligned with me Country's labor laws, we have additional benefits that really differentiates Startek, like private medical care and meal and transportation subsidies for it's employees

that the actions of the leadership team are aligned to the company's mission of effectively combining People, Technology and Data to deliver customer experience excellence... Never overlooking the needs of the three main stakeholders (Employees, Clients, Shareholders) in the decision making

my team is engaged, and striving for our shared goals. Everyone is aligned on the expectations and work together to get there. even with the limitations we face, the team strives in finding alternative solutions and ways to motivate our frontline

that even though there are a high amount of clients, even the CEO gets interested in how every program is doing, and willing to take time to meet and get those updates directly from the team. that type of openness speaks about their commitment to the success of the company
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have built a team that champions diversity as we believe diverse teams create better outcomes. One thing about my team in particular that I feel very proud of is the level of experience, but also the level of engagement that is not easy to build in a tenured team.
