they give sense of belonging, we have become a family, team spirit

Clear communication with all staff, salary increase, able to work from have to save cost, have wifi, increase budget for activities

The basic.so many things are wrong, we always out water, toilet blockage, toilet paper running out, no salary increase for so many years
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Have an element of huminity, socialise and conversate with juniors, understand their frustrations, compensate, pay market relatable salary and take into consideration the economy.
