Facilities could be upgraded. Company benefits to be looked into. No Bonus No 13th Cheque, Salary not market related.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm not motivated to go to work. The people are great and I'm learning so much on the job BUT the lack of compensation is demotivating.
