We learn on teamwork all the team! We elevate one another.

I like the fact that it is okay to say you don't know to my leader as this opens a door to learn and grow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because the amount of workload given is not in alignment with my salary, worse when I am expected to deliver service on time. It would be best for the business to be fair with regards to my salary by compensating me according to the service delivered.
