I do still have faith that we can turn this around as we were in the past however, we need to change, accountable, care about employees should not just be a statement.

Everyday, over worked, 16 to 20 hours again, no support or compensation.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Infact everything, support, take accountability, too many "Friends" and this comes in the way of addressing concerns.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management needs to support the business; it seems that it is about themselves. Stop with biasness, be more visible.

Take accountable, it is not personal it is work related. Understand that their action or lack thereof could cost dearly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Infact all things, need to support employees, listen to their concerns, does not have to be personal, the concerns around the business.
