Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Strictly from a compensation perspective, the annual salary data across multiple platform cite a higher average compensation for a role such as mine, whereas I'm below the 25th percentile currently.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the open communication on changes and updates that affect the organization as a whole. Also the many opportunities to grow and learn new things that has allowed me to feel more confident in my position.
