My experience has had its ups and downs, not by choice but by the company itself. However, 2023 was a good year for myself with the company despite all the management changes/Oracle. Looking forward to 2024 and hopefully more career growth.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everything in the world is increasing in price, gas/groceries but yet our pay stays the same!! Also if you jump on Linkedin you can see most companies pay so much more then ours.
