Our team supports each other, look after each other's welfare and very proactive in extending help as needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The account we are supporting might be challenging but not the environment. Our team cultivates collaboration, productivity and ensures employee satisfaction through weekly and monthly RnR events.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our Director and Senior Manager are both highly invested in helping us be successful in our current role. They are giving us guidance how to to be result-driven team by working smart without cutting corners.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health card is the best part of the compensation as this helped me cover a big part of my hospital bills when I had to undergo two major operations (one last year and another one this year). Very thankful for this benefit.
