Everyone is willing to step in and help each other out. We communicate openly and respectfully, which helps solve problems quickly and keeps everyone on the same page

Low salary. They should give increase especially for us who stayed with the company for how many years but still pay is not enough. did not receive increase for the last 5 years

While the pay may not be the most competitive, I genuinely value being part of a team that I look forward to working with every day. My teammates are supportive, collaborative, and make the work environment positive and motivating.
