Company try to retain the employee by moving them to other process and people management of my team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As per current market standard I feel that my CTC is less and after working for 1.5 years as a executive HR I get the salary as per the agents of the process which is aligned under me. I dont have any complain with my last appraisal and hike but still my current compensation is less.
