We all work well together, even when there are challenges generally we work through them. I also enjoy the different cultures.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The question was paid fairly, i think market value my pay would be higher, however that doesnt mean i am unhappy with my pay today.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Just the diversity since we are a global company. We as an org globally need to be better about creating culture, today culture simply happens due to our diversity and appreciation of that.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
You use the word excited, while i enjoy working at startek i wouldn't say i am excited about work, i am excited to go out with friends or enjoy a hobby, however i enjoy work because of its value it has on myself as a leader and the challenges.
