Its been ok would like there to be more interaction/comradery within our group and the ability to more easily get to know others. Benefits and pay could be more competitive also.

Many seem to be hard working and willing to help out which is great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Think goals and direction desired are pretty clear. I like how the Leadership highlights lower level employees on their accomplishments.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm not aware of really any extra perks offered and the healthcare coverage is quite expensive and less competitive than what other similar firms offer so be great for improvement on that front. Base pay is also a bit under market.
