Everyone has the same goals in mind, both on the micro and macro levels. There are no politics and best practices flow freely
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Willingness to work collaboratively. My answers regarding the executive team a result of my not having contact with them. I have engaged with Ops VP Tom Payne and I have no complaints about the support in that direction
