Team members are very cooperative and they are always ready to contribute for acheiving the team goals.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Fair calculation of login hours is mandotory, any error should be addressed as a priority , OT should be paid timely without followup. My OT is pending since January month even after so many follow ups.
