I joined Startek in May 2023, initially managing the Airtel account, where I quickly adapted to the operational and training dynamics. In October 2023, I transitioned to the Zomato account and have since been actively leading multiple LOBs including Merchant Delight, Hyperpure, DP-OB, and DIYNL.
