We are treated as labours rather than employees and no fun or communication, confussion about teams, no proper response, Rude , high chat flow , etc etc. Please look into this

I would recommend them to be more friendly and respond when there is a concern. and need to be interactive.

High pressure at work as the flow will be more and people are looking us as labours rather than employees.

I do have experience but i am paid as a normal agent. there is no proper team to communicate this with.

High pressure in work as the flow will be heavy and no fun as there is no time for communication also.

They do their work in best but dont care about coworkers who are tey as the work is more and unable to communicate
