Login hours should be 8+1 hours like all other companies, HIRE MORE PEOPLE, do not put 3 chats on our face. Also, more empathy and more week offs
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
EMPATHY is what they teach us and EMPATHY is what they lack. Should be given more week offs and lesser login hours. Client says 7 hours is enough to mark a full day but they do not spare us even a minute
