They are supportive and friendly
- My TL is supper supportive -he encourages also gives ideas to get into right direction -he tells my mistakes and gives me solution how I can do moree better for next time -whenever I can't fulfill my target for any obvious reasons he always support and understands the situation. Best leader -
Manager is increasing task day by day which is becoming difficult to achieve in 8-9hrs shift which is increasing pressure a lot also if team wants to talk to him he says if anyone is having problem can meet 1 o 1 or talk to your TL so this makes negative environment as for every task he takes action
