Everything is fine, but there is a lot of pressure internally...the worst thing is that the rider does not understand what is going on, even if it is updated...he is not aware of it.

New updates are coming in the company every day, which takes time to explain to the rider and agent, till they understand the update, then another update comes.... Pressure is put on the agent manually..Firstly, whatever updates are available should come once a week, allowing riders and agents....
