I am new in company in batch of 0-30 but they are acting like we are pro if we are trying to give our best then they said don't try we are not paying for trying when I joined here I was too excited but now I am fadeup off my senior are like frustrated person who just know to shout and scream.

Unity in team everyone is helpful
What makes you most happy at work?
Nothing makes happy in my case we are getting tired by working whole day
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Need to decrease pressure instead of taking session you should give training to improve in the process
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should think that we are human first and should have humanity towards employee they shouldn't go personal and in my point of view who understands the same is best leader.
