Initially enjoyed working. Later shifted to many different processes which was stressful. Recently workload and pressure have been difficult to handle. Still, TL and team members are supportive making it less stressful. Sometimes felt not appreciated and well paid for the work we were doing.

Support and cooperation. Helping in every possible way.

good to communicate with them and understanding as well.

Work pressure these days and frequent changes in the process.

TL is supportive and always ready to help. As well as my team.
