So far so good, oranisation has good policies, however people here do not follow those and making the invironment toxic.

Its been more then 3 years now, though the growth is very slow and IJP selections are not fair enough, few people getting designation each year along with salary hike, wherein few does not, still salary getting paid on time is a good motivation. Appraisals are still a concern for coming year as well

Few of the festivals need to be celebrated with passion irrespective of religion, there should not be biasness in celebrating festivals.
