
Its been more then 3 years now, though the growth is very slow and IJP selections are not fair enough, few people getting designation each year along with salary hike, wherein few does not, still salary getting paid on time is a good motivation. Appraisals are still a concern for coming year as well
Should plan for five days of work
They know and show the way,
Salary is getting credited on time,
Salary would have been better according to the work
Team interaction, enabling my team learns new things regularly
My alligned work, the kind of daily challanges i get to deal with
Need to discuss about the ideas and business rather discussing people and pitty issues
They are approachable at least, even if few things can not be implemented, they listen
Team needs to be focusing on learnings, looking at the current changes in corporate world and AI coming to the picture
Few of the festivals need to be celebrated with passion irrespective of religion, there should not be biasness in celebrating festivals.
