Great Leadership, and they make you feel like a valuable member of the Startrek family.

They are very responsive, look to teach me what they know, and encourage me to improve.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be great if the QA department could get an attendance bonus or a comparable bonus that can improve not only our retention but also our motivation to work with the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They focus on based-as-like family relations more than just making you feel that you are just in an office in a regular work environment with just co-workers who only talk to you when they need something (as other companies do).
