Not unhappy all the time will be exhausting when there are full schedule and task ahead

No bonus. No increment, no promotion last year. So even if i get a rating 5 during my year end performance, i dont get anything.

It means its going to be a long hectic day , some managers need to be more efficient in managing the time so others wont get affected by staying long hours just to get a 10 minute thing done
