NA but it will be good to have yearly bonus back.

more condusive, attractive working environment, like change to updated work station, cubicle, free flow for snacks.

to improve basic staff benefit like free meal / lunch to be provided , yearly or quarterly bonus. i will be happy if free meal can be provided at pantry area.
