As mentioned in other question, Management for my site is well understands the company and employee and thinks more about individual and their growths. however, HR, Admin need to work on the employee engagement and feel-good factors to keep employees motivated. I see very less involvement here

Company benefits with regards to Medical, no awards and benefits for AM and above. Working on Saturdays for Band 3 whereas MIS, HR, and other support staff have 5 days working
