Every year we fill this survey and as a result nothing improves so what is the point of getting the observation for the employees if you can not do anything, the leaders should visit each and every center atleast once in a year so that they can observe the things by themselves.

I have invested three years here in the organisation but there's no satisfactory increament in my salary and the new joiners are getting paid same as I earned working after three years here that is quite demotivating .
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The monitory growth is very slow here. The people who are giving their 100% are not getting the satisfactory pay . The manager of Bhopal location judge his team members on the basis of their looks and their clothes he always make comments on people appearances. The new hires are getting even more
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The leaders should be good so that they can lead the team wisely and can take the decision wisely. In the company in bhopal location there's no good place to sit and have your lunch, it's been almost a year since we are having our lunch on the place where cockroaches are roaming around.
