The market outside pays more than what I earn here and the benefits in Startek are outdated and minimal.

The most positive part of our company culture is our diverse, multicultural workforce combined with a supportive and cooperative working style. Everyone is open to sharing ideas and helping each other

The medical benefits that includes my family. However, I think some of them could be refreshed to reflect the needs of today's workforce. For example, a lot of organizations now offer flexible allowance that can be used for optical, wellness, gym or travel.
